Consider this scenario.
1. Hit 'L' for the link tool.
2. Left click on a node, drag cursor to another node and release the left button.

I have seen different behavior regarding which node gets the arrowhead. Sometimes the arrowhead points to the node I clicked on and sometimes the arrowhead points to the node underneath the cursor when I release the mouse.

Is there a rule which determines what happens ?

Hi Nathan,

You will find the answer by opening the Formatting Palette. The menus "start" and "end" refer to the arrow heads. If "end" has the arrow head, the arrow head will draw on the second node. (Both ends can have arrow heads or you can turn it off completely).
