I apologize if this is covered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it. Is there a way to easily select all descendants of a node, or all ancestors? I.e. supposing the graph is already directed and acyclical I want to highlight the chain of nodes pointed to by a particular node, or which point to a particular node.

On a related note, I couldn't get pruning working in the Linux version. Which version of Java is required? Links didn't show up any differently with pruning on or off.

Thanks!
