When I open the .VUE file in a text editor, I see the XML has a URI for each of the shapes I've made with VUE.

i.e.

<URIString>http://vue.tufts.edu/rdf/resource/da96099ec0a8019500c5eb8a9f3ae80d</URIString>

Just curious about the purpose of these URIs and would love to a know a little more about how / why they are generated.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi, Kevin.

Perhaps this wikipedia article can explain it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_resource_identifier
Thanks.
