What's the best way to create links between two nodes that are rooted in an ontology? I'd like to be able to create a link based on an rdf:ObjectProperty. For a node, I can just drag an rdf:Class from the ontology palette. It seems that I have to create a regular link using the link tool, and then add ontological membership via Link Info.

Er, OK. I found the ontology link tool... (it's missing a tool tip).

But how do I use it? I keep getting "to use the ontology link tool, first select a link item in the ontology list, then click and drag to create links." The item I have selected in the ontology list is an rdf:ObjectProperty. Is that not a "link item"?

Also, how does one model a mediated causal relationship? I'd like to represent an idea such as "A mediated by B increases C", "A mediated by X decreases C".

a link should be anything that is styled as link in the currently loaded css style sheet..

OK, that works as you explained it, but it feels wrong. When CSS is applied to HTML, it never determines the semantics of the document, it only styles the appearance. In the case of Vue, CSS is being used to determine whether something is a node or a link, and that's a different model. I'd feel more comfortable with a model where OWL classes are nodes and OWL properties are links.
