I am almost done with the creation of my one hour seminar and VUE will not open the file. This is the error message I receive: "Map Open Error - Cannot open file with this version of VUE" Which is odd because I opened the file this afternoon and it worked fine.

Go to this page: http://rightbrainyoga.com/downloads/

And, the link for the file is there. If you can at least extract the pathways notes that would help in recreating the file.

Or, my preferred choice, is to figure out why the file won't open so I can retrieve the data in its entirety.

The error message I get when I checked the log and this is what I get:

Hi,

I went to the page you provided but the website gives me a 404 File not found for Downloads. Please update the link or email your map to vue at elist.tufts.edu and we'll take a look.

Thanks,
Mike

My computer crashed while the VUE file was saving. And, whatever happened that seems to have created an empty file. When I tried to attach the file to the email it told me it as a 0 byte file.

Does VUE store and create an automatic back up I might be able to access?

Thanks for the prompt response.

VUE does not store a backup currently, we're going to add something that does this for VUE 3. Sorry, that you have lost your map but if a users computer crashes while they're saving, there's no end of mayhem that could happen that we can't do anything about.
