"A,C,E,I" nodes have been resized using:
Format > Node > Resize to minimum size.
Minimum size is different for each letter of the alphabet. This looks like a bug unless node minimum size is adjusted based on the font kerning/tracking.
Just a matter of my personal preference, there could be an option for nodes to find an average size between them and re-size themselves based on that average value. This way all selected nodes that fall under the "Resize to minimum size" command will look uniformly.

Positioning of a text/letter inside the node also looks awkward, which shows text more to the right
This makes me think of a following feature that could be implemented

Format > Arrange > Circle (Outline) seems to be producing awkward results

Nodes were connected in a chain fashion A > etc > A

Thought I'd address on the GUI which seems to appear disharmonious. Main window uses Classic theme whereas "Content" window uses a different theme.

I personally prefer the classic theme throughout the entire GUI. But you could always add skin support.

when saving the maps in html format, semantic added to the nodes is not active.
It's because of the beta version?
If yes, It will be available in the final version?
Cheers

Pedro,

We don't have plans to add that by the time we get to the final version. We'll add it to the wish list though.

Thanks,
Mike

Each time I do arrange circle outline nodes that are conected to other nodes (not arranged), it mix all my nodes and a get lots of cross conectors ( that I've ordered before).
So It would be good to control how I do arrange circle (maybe if I could rotate the nodes...)
Thanks

It would be useful to add more of one url per node.
Thanks

Great program... I'm using it to prototype a web site and it is the (almost) perfect solution!

A couple of suggestions:

1) It would be great to be able to select the connection point on a node for a link. Sometimes the default location isn't the best placement.
2) Among the formatting options, I would like to have the ability to make all selected objects the same size. A format painter would be even better.
3) I would like to be able to have a single item (e.g., a node) appear on more than one layer without duplicating the entire layer or duplicating the object.
4) I think it would make diagrams easier to follow if one of the link options allowed a "hump" over other links (as in circuit diagrams) to show that they are crossing but not connected.
5) I would like to see the ability to Expand Selections to a "custom" set of selected objects, which need not be related to their degree proximity to the selected object.

Re: # 5 you can used saved searches and tags to achieve this.

Thanks for the feedback,
