I have experienced poor print quality when I export maps from VUE to PDF. Within VUE, the map looks sharp and clear, but when exported to PDF, the clarity of the map decreases significantly. Can anyone provide tips on how to preserve the visual quality of the VUE maps in PDF? Thanks.

Nicole,

I haven't seen a problem of blurry PDF output before, are you just using "Save As -> PDF" in the file menu?

Yes, we print our VUE files to pdf, and we do so using the maximum quality print settings.

Nicole,

Sorry, I think we're saying two different things, if you Select "Save As" and drop the "File Type" from VUE to PDF it'll write out a vector based PDF there shouldn't be any blurriness in that.

Yes, that is a different method than what we have been doing. I will try out these steps. Thanks for your help!
